These terms apply if
children are accommodated in extra beds in the same room as two full paying

Accommodation is offered
subject to being available at the time of our written confirmation.
A booking fee of £70
per person is required when making a reservation. Guests are requested to
vacate their rooms by 11am on day of departure. Rooms cannot be guaranteed
until 4pm on day of arrival.
Dogs will not be admitted
without previous confirmation in writing. A small charge is payable of
£8 per day.
